Refund and Exchange Service
Retailers who need refunds or exchanges should refer to each manufacturer’s policy for refunds and exchanges.
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds Not Allowed for
the following cases.
-The loss or damage of merchandise when in the customer’s possession.
(Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents)
-Merchandise appearing to be worn, used, or in non-sellable condition.
-Time since the sale is beyond the manufacturer’s refund period. (Check manufacturer’s policy)
-Breaking of original wrapping seals from merchandise and re-wrapping.
If you need a refund from an order
cancellation or return of merchandise, you must first contact each
vendor for authorization before contacting us. After confirming the
return, each vendor will issue the refund.

Shipping Service within United States
U.S. Standard Shipping
Ground delivery is our standard shipping
method in the United States. If you're shipping to a destination
within the U.S., the order will usually arrive within 7-10 business
days.
Shipping Service Out of United States
We ship our products by UPS and FedEx.

After clicking "Check Out," you will see an Order Confirmation page that shows your billing address, shipping address, payment information, and items ordered. You should receive a confirmation email from the vendor you placed an order with, within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will confirm that your order was processed and will provide you with your confirmation number once again, in the event that you need to contact Customer Service.
